Our head office is open for business throughout (24 hours a day) on all working days. However during holidays and weekends an officer will be available on a 24 hour basis to monitor all incoming messages in order to convey them to respective / responsible persons for their earliest possible replies. Our staff at the Colombo International Airport at Katunayake will be available throughout day and night to help arriving and departing passengers.
